In addition to assembling world-class minerals from China, Dr. Lavinsky and several esteemed colleagues also wrote a companion book introducing differences between Chinese and Western collecting preferences, profiling different mineral-rich provinces, and depicting dozens of key examples of these exceptional Chinese pieces.
